In addition to the more frequent house cleaning routines: hand disinfection facilities are provided in the lobby and at each of the lift landings.

We have a contactless thermometer at the reception, in case you want to know your temperature.

Let us know and we give you the following items:

• Hand sanitizer refill
• Gloves

To assist our foreign residents who have to self-quarantine for 10 days we have launched the following services:

  • Prepare your room with a Quarantine Pack (20€): 6*bottles of water, 5*disposable masks, 1*hand sanitizer, 1*liquid anti-bacterial soap, 8*rolls of toilet paper, 1*bag of tissues, 2*bags instant noodles, 1*gum, 1*bar chocolate 2 bags dried fruit
  • Grocery orders to your doorstep. (place your order online at Tesco, Auchan, Groby, Spar, etc.)
  • Food delivery to your room. (via Foodpanda, Wolt, etc.) 
  • Food and drink delivery from our courtyard to your room (Crazy Dean Bistro&Bar, Dallucci, Pasta)
  • Delivery of your packages to your doorstep
  • Trash removal from your room (2x a week)
  • Personal shopping based on your shopping list, sent to us by e-mail or Whatsapp. (7.5€ / shopping)
  • Doing your laundry (Wash and dry your clothes, 5€ / wash& dry)
